Since it was created, more than 20 years ago, HEP TAXI has never stopped evolving in order to offer the best service tailored to our clients’ needs.
Thus, in 2009, HEP TAXI invested in advanced equipment, including for instance a Geo-localization system for our vehicles, aiming at decreasing even more the waiting time and the cost of management of our clients. Since Mai 1st 2014, HEP TAXI made contact with the Taxis of Cannes and together, they set up a partnership so as to put 200 taxis at your disposal. To this end, the two companies Allo Taxi and Hep Taxi use the same call center and the same system for the fares distribution.
All the HEP TAXI members also subscribed to an internal ‘quality and services’ charter which subject them to a rigorous and precise commitment code, to regular inspection on a par with customers and their vehicles maintenance.
